If you want to use this code, it's probably fine, but ask first.

TL;DR: I want to provide the product of my labor to people and organizations
who are working for the benefit of humanity. This excludes, for example, ICE.
The Hippocratic License[1] is promising but I have heard from legal folks that
it does not offer as good protections as (e.g.) BSD 3-Clause. I'll probably end
up with something *like* that, though.
